I’m a Social Media Expert, Content Creator and Marketing Mentor with over 20 years of marketing experience, helping businesses stand out, connect with their audience and grow with confidence.
Having worked both agency and brand side, I’ve spent my career creating marketing that gets results. These days, you’ll usually find me behind the camera filming reels, mapping out content strategies, writing email campaigns or helping business owners cut through the overwhelm and finally get clear on their marketing.
I’m passionate about making marketing feel simpler, more achievable and a lot more human. No jargon, no complicated funnels, just practical strategies, creative content and the support you need to market your business with confidence.

Before launching Marketing with Confidence, I spent over 20 years building my career in marketing, working my way up through roles including Digital Marketing Manager, Multi-Channel Manager, E-commerce Manager and Head of Marketing.
I’ve led teams, launched retail websites, managed large-scale email marketing programmes and delivered campaigns for major high street brands. My expertise in customer relationship marketing (CRM) and email marketing helped generate significant e-commerce revenue, with email regularly contributing 20–30% of online sales.
After the birth of my second child, I took a career break from the corporate world and began a new chapter as a professional blogger and content creator.
That experience eventually led me to create Marketing with Confidence, where I bring together my corporate marketing expertise, content creation skills and passion for helping small businesses grow.

MEET ROBYN
Robyn is a social media expert, content creator and our resident AI whizz. With over nine years of experience running her own business in the food industry, she brings a wealth of practical marketing knowledge, creativity and strategic thinking to the team.
Alongside supporting our clients with content creation and marketing, Robyn is the co-founder of The Pink Nest, which she runs alongside Laura. As a Small Business Accountability Mentor, networking host and community builder, she’s passionate about helping business owners grow their confidence, stay accountable and build thriving businesses.
MEET MILLY
Milly is our Content & Marketing Assistant and the creative force behind many of the reels and graphics we produce for clients. With over four years of marketing experience, she has a great eye for engaging content and loves bringing ideas to life through social media.
Alongside her marketing work, Milly is passionate about childcare and child development. She also runs her own YouTube channel, Milly’s House, where she creates content designed to educate, inspire and support families.
